So first of all, I&#8217;d like to apologize for not keeping it up to date!<br />
</span>Retour au bureau après un Week-End chargé et fatiguant avec mes enfants, ce qui ne m&#8217;a pas aidé à mettre à jour mon blog avec Saturday Fashion et Sunday Videos. Tout d&#8217;abord, je voudrais m&#8217;excuser pour ne pas avoir fait ces Mise à Jour.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">But it makes me realize that one thing that should help me stick with my commitments (And I have too much &#8211; but I&#8217;m trying to do less, see last week&#8217;s Monday Motivation), is that I should planify better. I should have planified that spending the Week-End with the kids will have leave me not enough time neither energy to post on my blog&#8230; I should have take action knowing this. So let&#8217;s look at how we can make our live less stressful while trying to stick to our commitments  with </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">planification</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">!</span><br />
Mais ça me fait réaliser que je devrais apprendre à mieux planifier tout ces engagements (et j&#8217;en ai encore beaucoup trop, mais j&#8217;essaie d&#8217;en faire moins, lisez le Monday Motivation de la semaine dernière). j&#8217;aurais du prévoir que ce Week-End avec les enfants ne m&#8217;aurait pas laisser assez de temps et d&#8217;énergie pour mettre à jour mon blog&#8230; J&#8217;aurais du agir en conséquance et prendre de l&#8217;avance. Donc regardons comment on peut rendre nos vies moins stressantes et tenirs nos engagements avec la <strong>planification</strong>!</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ffff00;">Status!</span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #ffff00;">It&#8217;s time to dig through all the notes that you&#8217;ve been taking for months (years?) and </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">process them</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">!</span></li>
<li><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Categorize</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> all your notes-soon-to-be-tasks.</span></li>
<li><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Create Projects</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> for those tasks. This can go from specific projects (a website, a mixtape)  to more general projects like &#8220;Home Improvement&#8221; or &#8220;Kids&#8221;.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ffff00;">If you have more than </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">2 relative tasks</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">, you should create a project to include them in.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ffff00;">If you have a big project, divide it in </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">tasks</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> and</span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> sub-tasks</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ffff00;">Get rid of unimportant tasks, or create a &#8220;</span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">To Do One Day</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">&#8221; category.</span></li>
<li>C&#8217;est le moment de relire toutes ces notes que vous avez pris depuis des mois (années) et les <strong>classer</strong>!</li>
<li>Créez des <strong>catégories</strong> pour toutes ces notes qui vont bientôt se transformer en tâches.</li>
<li>Créer des <strong>projects</strong> pour ces tâches. Ca peut aller du projet spécifique (un site web une compile) à un projet plus généraliste comme &#8220;Améliorer son appart&#8221; ou &#8220;Enfants&#8221;</li>
<li>Si vous avez plusieurs <strong>tâches</strong> qui semblent liés, créez un projet pour les contenir.</li>
<li>Si vous avez un gros projet, <strong>divisez</strong> le en plusieurs tâches et sous-tâches.</li>
<li>Eliminez les tâches non importantes ou au pire mettez les dans la catégories <strong>&#8220;A faire un jour</strong>&#8220;.</li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="color: #ffff00;">Go Paperless!</span></h2>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">The </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Web 2.0</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> offers you a way to manage notes, tasks, ideas from any device, any where at any time.</span><br />
Le <strong>Web 2.0</strong> nous offre la possibilité de gérer nos notes, nos idées sans être dépendant d&#8217;un lieu, d&#8217;une machine et ceux au moment qu&#8217;on choisi.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Notes</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">:  I warmly recommend </span><a href="https://www.evernote.co" target="_blank"><span style="color: #ffff00;">Evernote</span></a><span style="color: #ffff00;">. There is Windows version, a Mac version, an iPhone version, Palm Pre version, BlackBerry version and a Web based version. You can create as many Notebooks as you want, add tags to notes. You can also take picture, and it has a text recognition capability, so if you take a picture of a text containing the word &#8220;Personal Development&#8221; for example and you search for it, it would find it!</span></li>
<li><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Mind Mapping</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">: an other great habit that I highly recommend, is the use of </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Mind Mapping</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">. It lets you really put your ideas in a more visuel manner and have a better look at it than a written down notes. For a few days I am using a web based one called</span><a href="http://mind42.com/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #ffff00;"> Mind 42 </span></a><span style="color: #ffff00;">and it&#8217;s great.</span></li>
<li><strong>Notes</strong>: je recommande vivement <a href="https://www.evernote.co" target="_blank">Evernote</a>. il y a une version Windows, Mac, iPhone, Palm Pre, BlackBerry et Web! Vous pouvez créez autant de Notebooks que vous les souhaitez, ajouter des tags aux notes pour les retrouver plus facilement. Vous pouvez même prendre une photo contenant du texte, et grâce à une fonction de reconnaissance textuelle, retrouvez par example les mots &#8220;Développement Personnel&#8221; dans un article que vous auriez pris en photo!</li>
<li><strong>Mind Mapping</strong>: une autre bonne habitude à prendre est l&#8217;utilisation du Mind Mapping. Ca vous laisse vraiment la possibilité de noter vos idées d&#8217;une manière plus visuel et d&#8217;avoir une mailleur vision d&#8217;ensemble que des notes écrites. Depuis quelques jours j&#8217;utilise une version Web appelé <a href="http://mind42.com/" target="_blank"> Mind 42</a> et je la trouve génial.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Deadline!</span></strong></h2>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">It&#8217;s time to </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Get Things Done</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">. Getting Things Done is a methodology. I recommand the use of a </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">GTD program</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">. I like </span><a href="http://culturedcode.com/things/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #ffff00;">Things</span></a><span style="color: #ffff00;">. I purchased the </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">iPhone</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> version, but I&#8217;m hesitating purchasing the </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Mac</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> version as there is no </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Web based</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> version, so when I can not manage my projects when away from my Mac&#8230; If you know some GTD software, I would be interested.<br />
Once you have you GTD software, start creating </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Projects</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> into it and the</span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> sub-tasks</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> and start putting </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">dates</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">.</span><br />
Il est temps de Faire vraiment les choses. GTD est uneméthodologie et je reommande l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un logiciel. J&#8217;aime beaucoup  <a href="http://culturedcode.com/things/" target="_blank">Things</a>. J&#8217;ai acheté la version iPhone, et j&#8217;hésite à acheté la version Mac car il n&#8217;y a pas de version Web, donc je ne peux manager mes projets depuis un PC par example. Si vous connaissez d&#8217;autres logiciels de GTD, je suis interessé!<br />
Une fois que vous avez votre logiciel de GTD, commencez à créer des <strong>projets</strong>, des <strong>tâches</strong> dans ces projets et associé des <strong>dates</strong> à ces tâches.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ffff00;">Calendar!</span></h2>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">So now you have to start </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">planing</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">. You have your </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">projects</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">, the </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">tasks</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">, and the </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">deadlines</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">. Starts using a </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">calendar</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> to planify when you&#8217;ll be working on those tasks to get them done. Once again, I highly recommend a calendar that is accessible from any where, any device&#8230; </span><strong><a href="http://www.google.com/calendar" target="_blank"><span style="color: #ffff00;">Google Calendar</span></a></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> is a good example and it&#8217;s free.</span><br />
Maintenant il est temps de commencer à <strong>planifier</strong>. Vous avez vos projets, vos tâches et les dates limites. Commencez à utiliser un <strong>calendrier</strong> pour planifier ces tâches et quand vous bosserez dessus. Encore une fois je recommande l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un calendrier accessible  de partout. <a href="http://www.google.com/calendar" target="_blank"><strong>Google Calendar</strong></a> est un bon example et est gratuit!</p>

<h2><span style="color: #ffff00;">Why Monday Motivation? Let me explain.</span></h2>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">Monday is usually the day you start a new week. You&#8217;ve tried to get most of the week-end, get away as far as possible from your daily work routine, get rest, enjoyed life,  kids, wife, friends&#8230; Today it&#8217;s Monday, and you are back to work. Some Monday you are over-motivated, ready to achieve goals and tasks. Some Monday you are just already awaiting for Friday night. Whatever mood you&#8217;re in, the Monday Motivation is here to help you go through your week. I will provide </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">Personal Development</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> tips and habits that are helping me</span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> getting things done, stay focus and achieve goals.</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Le Lundi est traditionnellement le jour ou vous commencez votre semaine. Vous avez profitez au maximum de votre Week-End, vous efforçant d&#8217;oublier au maximum votre routine quotidienne, se reposant, passant du temps avec enfants, femme, amis&#8230; Aujorud&#8217;hui c&#8217;est Lundi, </span> </strong>et vous êtes de retour au travail. Certains Lundi vous êtes sur-motivé, prêt à déplacer des montagnes et accomplir des tâches. D&#8217;autres Lundi, vous commencez déjà à rêver à Vendredi soir. Peu importe votre état d&#8217;esprit, Monday Motivation est ici pour vous aider à passer cette semaine du mieux possible. Je m&#8217;efforcerais de partager des habitudes et astuces de <strong>développement persone</strong>l qui m&#8217;aide à <strong>accomplir les choses, rester concentré et atteindre mes buts.</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong><br />
<span style="color: #ffff00;"> First of all, I&#8217;d like to say that I am far away from perfection. I have hundreds (maybe thousands) of unprocessed notes, hundreds of pending tasks (some pending for years), thousands of unread emails and I have a certain talent for not being able to stay focus on a task for more than 5 minutes. But I&#8217;m ready to change. I&#8217;m willing to change. I&#8217;ve been willing to change for years, so by sharing it with you, I hope I will help you being who you want to be and help myself being who I want to be as well.</span><br />
Tous d&#8217;abord, je tiens à préciser que je suis tout sauf parfait. J&#8217;ai des centaines (voir des milliers) de notes non triés, des centaines de tâches en suspens (certaines depuis des années), de milliers d&#8217;emails non lu, et j&#8217;ai un certain talent pour ne pas être capable de rester concentrer plus de 5 minutes. Mais je suis prêt à changer. Je veux changer. Cela fait même des années que je veux changer, donc en le partageant avec vous, j&#8217;espère vous aider à devenir celui ou celle que vous volez être et m&#8217;aider moi-même à le devenir.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ffff00;">Change you habits</span> &#8211; Changez vos habitudes</h2>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">Over the past years I&#8217;ve been reading a lot about Personal Management, but have not being capable to change drastically my habits. Yes, changing requires motivation. It&#8217;s a fight, a fight against yourself, against all those years of bad habits, letting sometimes external factors choosing your path in this life.</span><br />
Depuis quelques mois, je lis beaucoup sur le développement personel, mais je n&#8217;ai pas été capable de vraiment changer mes habitudes. Oui, changer veut demande de la motivation. C&#8217;est un combat contre vous-même, contre toutes les sales habitudes contractés depuis des années, nous conduisant parfois à nous laisser porter par la vie plutôt que de choisir notre destiné.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">I am ready to change. In fact, I have started changing over a year ago. I have changed my food habits and started exercising more regularly. The consequence of this changes in my habits: I have lost </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">35 kilos in a few months</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> and I am embracing a brand new life, more promising, a way more happy and I hope longer <img src='http://www.djdirtyswift.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
For a lot of people, losing 35 kilos seems just impossible. I have tried several diets in the past and always failed losing weight. But there is only one way to achieve it: you need to want it. You need to want it more than anything else. You need to know what you want and</span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;"> you need to keep focusing on that goal until you reached it</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">.</span><br />
Je suis prêt à changer. En fait, j&#8217;ai changé depuis un an. J&#8217;ai changé mes habitudes alimentaires et fait de l&#8217;exercice de façon plus régulière. Conséquence: j&#8217;ai perdu plus de <strong>35 kilos en quelques mois </strong>je découvre une nouvelle vie, plus prometteuse, plus heureuse et je l&#8217;espère plus longue <img src='http://www.djdirtyswift.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
Pour beaucoup de gens, perdre 35 kilos semble impossible. J&#8217;ai essayé plusieurs régime dans le passé et je n&#8217;ai jamais vraiment réussi à perdre du poid. En fait, il n&#8217;y a qu&#8217;un seul moyen de perdre du poid: il faut le vouloir. Il faut le vouloir plus que tout autre chose. Vous devez vous demander ce que vous voulez et <strong>vous devez resté concentré sur cet objectif jusqu&#8217;à ce que vous l&#8217;ayez atteint. </strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">This is what I did. One year ago </span><strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">I was weighting 113 kilos, and I am now 78 kilos</span></strong><span style="color: #ffff00;">. And trust me, it was not that difficult. If you want to loose weight, I will share some of my tips in some next Monday Motivation episode. For now, all I can say is I didn&#8217;t have to cut on things I am enjoying in life: I am not eating just vegetables, I can allow myself to eat Ice Creams, Pizzas, Breads &amp; Butter and still losing weight!</span><br />
